Before you pay make sure we've done the following:
- Completed the job you asked us to do.
- Explained, in terms that made sense, the work we performed.
- Gave you a receipt and/or packaging if you purchased equipment.
- Provided you with a copy of the work order.
- Advised you of any potential trouble spots with your equipment.
- Gave you a $25 credit on your invoice if we arrived late.
- Explained our 60 Day Warranty Policy.
- Cleaned up any mess we made.
- Told you how much we appreciate your business.
